Parent Viewpoint

The views of our parents are important to us here at Stoney Middleton.  We hold two parent evening a year which allow you to formally meet to discuss your child's progress but we also offer an open door policy enabling you to make contact with the adults in school.

Throughout the year we will send out questionnaires related to a range of areas; we will send these to parents and children as your views are the way we will continually improve.

Further opportunities for voicing your views

Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about Stoney Middleton CE Primary. It asks for your opinion on 12 aspects of school, from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour.  Ofsted uses the information you provide when making decisions about which schools to inspect, and when. By sharing your views, you’ll be helping us to improve – we’ll aim to keep doing the things you praise and sort out the things you criticise. Please remember that if your feedback is specific to your own child, it might be better to contact someone at school so we can respond quickly and specifically to help your child.
